Great place to stay with an amazing view. Super responsive hosts who were a pleasure to deal with.
We have spend 4 nights at Shama's place with our family. The place was nice and warm, and the seaview was beautiful👍. There even have some board games to play with. Kids love it! Good communication too. We enjoyed😊 Recommend!
good location
The view of the Bay was amazing, and the location was within easy access to Wellington. We stay at Airbnbs because we are a family of five, and this fit our needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. One note to those coming with a large car (we were using a family sized van), the streets in this area are quite narrow because people park on both sides, and the drive up to the actual house is also very narrow. We are used to this because we live in Bangkok, but for those not familiar with a large car I would say driving in this area and driving up to the house is going to be very nerve-wracking! Also, please note that the house is not on the street, but offset. We arrived at night in foggy conditions so took a moment to find, you need to walk up a driveway to find it.

When it comes to parking in Newlands, there are plenty of on-street parking options available. Most of the streets in the area are quiet and residential, so finding a spot to park should be very easy. This listing also has plenty of on-site parking and is EV friendly.
