Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. New hot tub!!! 🌟 Perfect for writing, relaxing, playing music, getting away from it all or staying for an extended hunting vacation. Very close to everything outdoorsy and not much else! Black Canyon of the Gunnison, National Forest and BLM land, two beautiful reservoirs, the West Elk mountains, Crystal Creek, and an abundance of wildlife! Master Bedroom with King bed in on the lower floor with kitchen, living, laundry and full bathroom with a large clawfoot tub! Brand new jet hot tub in back yard for stargazing in one of The Darkest skies around!!!

Perfect place to stay for a peaceful weekend! The location was beautiful and had some great hiking spots!
This place is incredible if you're looking to unwind and get away from everything. The surroundings are beautiful, the small little towns around are charming and historic, and the wildlife is abundant. The home is cozy and clean, with plenty of space to hang out. The hottub and night sky are definitely up there on my favorites list. We were even blessed by a herd of elk that hungout around the property on our last night. :)
Had the best time doing a little couples staycation! It was secluded and we were able to have a great weekend inside just enjoying each other.

My fiancé and I have an amazing time at Nicholas’s place. It was tranquil and quiet, the hottub and fireplace were great touches to make for a cozy overnight headed to Telluride. Nicholas was responsive and extremely accommodating during our stay, I would absolutely recommend this place. Thanks again!

Just 7 miles south of the town of Crawford and 15 minutes north of the Black Canyon rim... very much in the middle of the beauty of wilderness and Colorado mountain glory.
Plenty of parking … you can ride bikes or walk west up the dirt road. It’s a forest service road that leads to a irrigation canal and dam. The property is private on both sides of the road by one owner, but feel free to walk, bike, cross country ski on snowy days down it!
