Luxury sea view apartment Green, 2 bedrooms, terrace with sea view The Green apartment is a place to indulge yourself, a sunny getaway on the second floor with the stunning view on the Stoja bay and the greenery of the surrounding nature. The apartment has 2 comfortable and bright bedrooms pull out sofa in living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all your delicious adventures. The living room is a spacious comfort zone full of warm sun and opened to the magnificent bay, all you have to do it to lay back and enjoy the view. The nice terrace is simply perfect for sipping your morning coffee or dining al fresco. The bathroom is fully fitted for all your needs. The whole apartment is air-conditioned securing the freshness after a long day in the sun and warm careless days during the sunny Istrian winters. It can accommodate up to 5 persons. Settled in the lovely embrace of Zelenika, the most beautiful seaside part of Pula, and just a few easy steps from the beach, Apartments Lara is the perfect getaway. With 5 superb apartments all overlooking the quiet bay, this is the place for serenity and truely enjoyable holiday. Just imagine warm and cozy days while you are laying on the beach, reading a good book in the garden gazebo, enjoying in the good barbecue or taking a long sweet breath in the morning, filled with fresh sea air and scented pine trees. Great location, 2 minute walk down to beach. Plodine grocery store in maxx city was a godsend since we stayed for several weeks. Restaurants Karlo, Epulon and Galeb were particularly good. Galebove sea cave a 30 minute paddle from Valovine.

Het appartement heeft een geweldig uitzicht over de zee. Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand. Op loopafstand vind je ook een groot winkelcentrum met een supermarkt. Heerlijk vers brood en dan ontbijten op het terras, heerlijk! Om Pula te bezoeken ( 3 km afstand) gebruikte we meestal de bus of een Uber. Dit ging probleemloos. Zeker aan te raden👌

Die Wohnung von Ines liegt sehr schön, fast direkt am Meer und man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick. Besonders stimmungsvoll ist der Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und wir hatten mit vier Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles so wie beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos zu sehen.

Apartment is clean, looks way better than in the advertisement. It's close to the small beach as well as to the shopping centre and bus stop (it takes around ten minutes to the historical city centre by bus). The minor negative thing is not so comfortable bed, especially for tall people.

The lovely Zelenika has settled in probably the most beautiful area of Pula, surrounded only with the blue calm sea of the Stoja bay and the belonging green peninsula. The house itself is located only 30 meters from the sea where you can choose between rocky and pebble beaches and even discover beautiful sea caves. Zelenika is connected with Pula`s favorurite promenade Lungomare, along the coastal line with numerous beaches, a pine forest with the running track, several coffee shops, and bars and an adventure park. On Zelenika you will find several excellent restaurants, well known for its exquisite cuisine.
A few minute walk will bring you to the newly opened Max City shopping mall where you will find anything you need. The bus station is located only a few meters from the house where you can take a ride to bring you to the centre of Pula and enjoy in sightseeing of the famous historical monuments, museums, galleries, many Pula`s restaurants, bars, and shops or to discover new beaches in the other parts of the town.
The position of the Apartments Lara is superb and it will offer you the best what the Mediterranean can offer in all its beauty.
The beach
The beaches of Zelenika are settled in the calm embrace of the Stoja bay. The coast is the lovely line where the rocky and pebble beaches are following one another in pure harmony. You may choose between a complete day absorbing the sun rays from dawn to dusk or lay under the cozy shade of the trees watching the sea. As your hosts and above all the natives of this piece of paradise, we would suggest you use the advantage of staying so close to the beach and take at least one swim during the night – laying in the warm but still refreshing waters under the stars is an experience you don`t want to miss. Close by, on only 200 meters, you will discover Valkane Beach, a wheelchair accessible beach fully equipped, with a lift, ramps, public showers, and secured lifeguards during the day. The entrance on all beaches, including Valkane Beach with its amenities, is free. All you have to do is to lay back and enjoy in the stunning nature.
