Enjoy our elegant 75 m² maisonette, refurbished in August 2023 to cater to the needs of travelers who won’t settle for less. Beige, earthy tones, wooden accents and modern accessories blend together in harmony to offer an environment where there is only one option: relaxation. It is located at the finest spot of the city center, a strategic location that offers easy access to the pedestrian district “Lithostroto”, the city center, the main square and the city’s port. We are waiting for you! The maisonette sleeps 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor of a centrally located building and consists of a floor and an attic. The floor is equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, a sofa which turns into a comfy double bed, a work table, and a big balcony with an outdoor lounge area (sofa and a table with chairs) and of course a BBQ for your gatherings. A staircase leads to the attic where there is a spacious bedroom with a Kingsize bed, an ensuite WC, and a separate shower space. The balcony of the attic is equipped with a seating area and a jacuzzi. But the masterpiece is the view: This balcony allows the guests to have a 300◦ view of the town of Argostoli: the port, the shops, the mountains, the endless sea… Just imagine lying in the bubbling jacuzzi, enjoying a glass of fruity white wine while the sun is setting over the Ionian sea… Life cannot be better than this.

We absolutely loved this place. Very clean, well equipped apartment, it has everything you need. The location is great and a hot tub is amazing. Highly recommend!!!
Eu já fiquei em mais de 40 acomodações no aribnb e com certeza essa entraria em uma das top 3 experiências da minha vida. O apartamento é muito completo e aconchegante. A vista do terraço com a jacuzzi são um espetáculo a parte! O cuidado do host com o check-in, dicas do local e recepção são MUITO acima da média. Ele esta realmenre empenhado na experiência do hóspede. A localização é perfeita, muita coisa pra fazer andandando, e mesmo no meio da cidade, a privacidade do apartamento é excelente. Se estava em duvida de onde ficar, não está mais, esse lugar é perfeito!
We had great days in the very central flat. Everything is within easy walking distance. The accommodation has 2 beautiful balconies, one with a roof, the other without, but with a whirlpool. The kitchen is well equipped, as is the rest of the flat. All in all, highly recommended.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is exactly as pictured and the views of the harbour from the balcony are stunning. The hot tub was a perfect addition for when it got cooler in the evenings and Clio sent lots of recommendations including the nearest shops and restaurants. There was plenty of parking nearby for our hire car and we had our sheets changed half way through the stay. There were beaches only a 5 min drive away- a perfect location. We will definitely stay here again! :)

From Kefalonia International Airport Anna Pollatou, drive approximately 15min following the signs to Argostoli. After Lassi area, continue onto Sklavou. After 500m turn right onto Vironos. At the end of Vironos, turn left onto Ant. Tritsi Ave. You will find your destination on the left.
