This space is a first floor apartment with a private entrance and spacious parking area with a large deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.

Had everything we needed and then some! Great location to spend time with family or go out for a leisurely walk. Very relaxing and beautiful place.

This house is located 1.5 blocks from Robert Packer Hospital and Guthrie Health System’s Sayre campus. Quick and easy walk year round!
There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance including a convenience store, Celebration’s Black Diamond Cafe and Vanilla Bean Cafe ( breakfast, lunch, coffee, baked goods- two of our favorites!)
Wal-Mart, Dunkin’, Applebees, two Chinese buffets, Chinese take out, Callear’s BBQ, Bluestone Brewery, and several other restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes.
Quick and easy access from I86 and rt 220.
Elmira airport is under 30 minutes away
Binghamton airport is 40 minutes away
Ithaca is less than an hour’s drive
Watkins’s Glen and their famous wineries are less than an hours drive
Tioga Downs Casino is a short 15 minutes away
