Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Our home is conveniently located close to all Disney parks (between 20-30 miles). We will welcome you into our home and provide you with a wonderful experience. We do have two adorable loving dogs that are apart of the family, Winston and Dani. They will come downstairs with us when we are in the kitchen or living room. Guest may bring certain dogs under 40lbs. No cats or other pets are permitted. Send inquiry for info. Fee of $25. The space is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom 2800 sqft house. We have a patio with a dining area in the back and a fenced in yard.

Katherine’s place was great! Extremely clean, modern furniture, some thoughtful water and snacks were included in the room. Decent sized mini fridge which can fit a good amount of items. Bathroom and room are conveniently located right next to each other. Overall superb experience.
Katherine was a great host. We would definitely stay with her again!
I loved my stay! The bedroom and bathroom were both comfortable and clean, both Kate and Eddie were both super friendly and wonderful hosts. Can't recommend them enough.

The neighborhood is brand new in the Lake Alfred area and is very quiet. We have walking paths behind our house and around the neighborhood, a park, and pool access. Pool access is with a key card and available upon request.
Parking is available on the street for guests in front of the house. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
