The house can accommodate 6 guests across three generous, light-filled bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, whilst the third has a single bed with a trundle bed underneath for guests to pull out and use if required. The bathroom is modern and features both a shower and bath, with the bonus of a laundry for guest use. The house attracts lots of natural sunlight and the open-plan kitchen/living/dining features rich timber flooring and neutral décor to complement the coastal and bushland surrounds. The living area leads outdoors to an elevated timber deck capturing stunning views across the treetops to the waters of the River Derwent and beyond, offering the perfect spot to dine or have your morning coffee - either brew one yourself or visit The Picnic Basket cafe only 5 minutes away by car. Access to nearby Hinsby Beach is across the road - a gravel path will take you down to the sand and water in a few minutes.
