This place had everything I needed for the duration of my stay. Everything was working great, and I had no issues with anything. Whenever I needed help, Czarina responded as quickly as she could.

The apartment was overall a lovely base for our family vacation. Our hosts were accommodating and responsive. There was no hassle checking in or checking out, and the location was a perfect hub for exploring BGC. Anything you might need, such as restaurants, grocery stores or entertainment are all within walking distance. The staff and other residents of the building were all friendly and courteous too. The only reason we gave it a 4 is because there was an unpleasant odor in the apartment which comes and goes, and we saw a few roaches crawling around. We would gladly stay here again hoping that the odor issue in the unit has been resolved.
