Fully-equipped unit that is within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, convention center, cruise terminal and of course Mardi Gras! The space is on a very quiet street in one of the safest areas of Mobile. This fully equipped apartment is in the perfect location...safe area and quiet street in the historic district of downtown but yet within walking distance to everything you need downtown. Full of amazing amenities, it's the perfect place to call home for a weekend or a more extended stay. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove and spacious cooking area. Or walk to one of the amazing restaurants or bars that downtown has to offer. Sleep will come easy in the dark, quiet bedrooms featuring the highest rated bamboo memory foam mattress on Amazon. Each bed comes equipped with firm and medium dense pillows to suit every sleeper. Plush cotton bath linens and shower toiletries are provided. Cozy up at night in front of the Smart TV and stream your favorite movie with our complimentary Wi-Fi via fiber-optic internet. This unit is on the 2nd floor...you must use stairs to access the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Mobile! Beautiful downtown neighborhood with buildings that have so much character! Would definitely stay again! Some things to mention: this unit is an upstairs suite. Also one of the bedrooms is adjacent to the street so you might hear some cars ride by or people conversating while passing by on a walk in the morning. If you’re an early riser it’s perfect to get your day started but if you would rather sleep in, I’d recommend the bedroom facing the back side of the building. Parking is right on the street next to the entry of the building and is first come first serve but no worries as it was always open for us. You also won’t have to worry about getting towed there. Everything was extremely clean and Cory was very fast in responding and attending to our needs.

This area is super walkable and only blocks away from the heart of downtown Mobile (all the restaurants, bars, Mardi Gras, convention center, etc). There is Uber/Lyft along with scooters available for rent.
Parking is free on both sides of the street in front of this unit or any surrounding streets.
