Ana is a very responsive and polite host. The children and the pets are lovely and quiet. The building is clean and it has two working lifts. The apartment is small and the room door has a lock-in key. unfortunately the were human hairs and dust on the floor and human hairs on the bed when I arrived. I requested my room to be cleaned and bed linen to be changed. When I returned to the room the bed and the pillows had a clean mattress and pillow protectors with no bed linen only a clean bed cover. The bed cover was sufficient for me to sleep on top as the heat in Cartagena is extreme. The room has working fan the air conditioning unit is not included in the rental. The mattress was comfortable. The kitchen is clean and in good working order. The view from the 16th floor is lovely, can be noisy. The apartment is 55 minutes from the old city by bus. The bus stop is 10 minutes easy walk from the apartment.

Ana habe ich nicht persönlich kennengelernt, dafür aber ihre Mitbewohnerin Tania, Tanias Mama und die 2 Hunde. Ich muss sagen, dass ich erst ein wenig skeptisch war, da ich Anas/Tanias erster Gast war. Aber mein Resümee ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist in einem Apartmentkomplex im 16. Stock gelegen, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Zwar gibt es keine Klimaanlage dafür aber Ventilatoren, auch in meinem Zimmer, so dass ich trotz der Hitze in Cartagena angenehm schlafen konnte. Es gibt im Hof einen großen Pool und im Gebäude ein Gym. Tania war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und hat mir bei all meinen Problemen und Fragen geholfen. Ich bin kein großer Tierfreund, aber die beiden Hunde Oreo und Nala sind gut erzogen, absolut lieb, verspielt und handzahm und in der Nacht ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dafür aber in einer sicheren Gegend. 100 % Empfehlung. Gerne wieder.
