This is the place…To gather, to relax, to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the river, to take in the grandeur of the mountains, or to access BYU, UVU, Sundance, or shopping! Our Victorian home will be the place to do all of this! You will love the river, deck, pool, hot tub, the expansive yard with swings, hammock, gazebo, fire pit, 2 BB hoops, and adorable playhouse. Not to mention all the paths through flower gardens and fruit trees. And being at the end of the cul-de-sac makes it private! There is a formal living room, family room, kitchen/dining area with 2 dishwashers, laundry and half bath on the main level. The Master bedroom with a private balcony, another king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a large room with a king bed and twin trundle are all on the second level. The spacious loft has a queen, 2 twins, and a twin bunk bed, with another bathroom. The basement has a large family area with an air hockey table, game table and dining area, another kitchen, a small room with a queen bed, a king bedroom connected to the bathroom and a play room with 2 twin trundle beds. There are 5 TV’s and hi speed WiFi throughout the house. Most bedrooms have tables or desks for easy workspaces.

We used Angela’s house for our family to stay while attending our daughter’s wedding, and loved all the bedroom options and space to spread out!
Please read this—— Check the description to make sure you low you are paying extra for 16+ people. Although it is 16+ it costs extra for the people. The place was amazing! River was amazing! House was amazing. Angela’s communication was also good.
Wonderful home - recently purchased and has some items getting fixed up, but sits in a beautiful space and has plenty of room for an extended family.
Nice large house. Works well for a big group. Angela was very quick to communicate and resolve issues.
The house was great and had plenty of space. It was clean and was all ready for us. The only problem I had was with the extra fees that were added to our visit. There was a fee to use the hot tub. There was a fee for a few extra guests. The host even threatened to impose a fee because she asked us to take out the trash, and we didn't take out the recycling. I was anxious the entire trip that we were going to get more fees. The host also very rudely interacted with us when the recycling was not taken out. This is fine place to stay but be prepared to deal with a host that has really high expectations and adds fees for anything she can think of.

Driving is the quickest and easiest way around, but there is a bus stop about a 1/3 of a mile away along the Provo River Trail, which is also a terrific place for biking, running or walking up Provo Canyon or south towards Provo.
