What a perfect place to stay while we were visiting Meridian for a family event! We absolutely loved everything about this adorable guest house! It was so private, spacious and beautifully decorated with ALL of the amenities of home. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the kitchen was a dream. We also appreciated the large bathroom and super-sized shower with endless hot water from the tankless hot water heater. The greenery outdoors and the cute little patio out back facing the raised bed gardens was idyllic. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and just a few minutes drive from restaurants and amazing shopping! The AC worked great and we appreciated the dark window coverings for perfect sleeping environments. Dawn was also so wonderful with clear and speedy communication. The only improvement we could think of would be to add a full length mirror. We will definitely be staying here again when we are back in town to visit family as this felt like home away from home!

Beautiful location, private space without any commotion. The area has a very laid back suburban vibe but very close to the market area with great restaurants. We ate at the Meridian area, supercharger for EV was also conveniently located. Dawn was super responsive. The place had all the amenities you can think of including Tylenol. Modern home with beautiful and clean linen. The only thing I would like to point out is the bathroom door has a slight gap so a toddler can easily peek inside! So just be aware to not have strangers stay with you! Will stay again if we visit Boise again!

We loved staying at Dawn’s. It was beautifully done, peaceful and comfy! Plus, for us, a perfect location so very close to family who live nearby. We’ll be back!
