We are just a few steps from the Pinecrest Country Club that host Golfing, as well as a very large event center for Weddings and parties of any type. Little River Pub & Grille is located at the Club as well. Hours at this time are Tuesday-Saturday, Noon to 8:00PM. Whole house for any occasion. Coming in the foyer once you were granted your keypad code, it is large enough to remove shoes with seating for easier access. Ground floor host two living rooms, one for a relaxing conversation with friends which includes the gas fireplace on chillier days. Also, a recliner couch and a few local themed books. In this front room with large picture window, overlooking the Pinecrest Country Club you can also talk to your friends in the kitchen. The other larger living room is where you'll find the smart TV, 2 recliner chairs, couch and access to a digital dart game board, if you wish. Full kitchen with island. Coffee pot with coffee, mugs, all dishes, all cooking items and paper items. Water in the refrigerator along with a few other snacks, to get you started. Sunroom for more dining options and the sliding glass door to outside. This is where the internet comes into the house, so no touch please. Down the hallway to the first bedroom on the left is a linen closet with extra daily items. Walk into the bedroom on the left and see the queen bed, end table and a small desk for your personal computer, this room has its own closet and smart TV. It also has its own AC. Look across the hall to the downstairs bathroom. Full bathroom with Jacuzzi type tub. Find aromatic packets to add to your water. Continue down the hall and see a full laundry area, all supplies are handy in this room. Upstairs there is bedroom that has two sleigh twin beds with end tables, so cute, has its own heat and AC unit, a closet and its own smart TV. Across the hall is a full bathroom, shower only, no tub, perfect for the kids. All supplies are in the closet. Moving on to the master bedroom. Queen bed, end tables, two leather recliners, your own smart TV, your own heating and AC, a large walk in closet and full master bath. I think you'll find Parkers Stay and Play, very comfortable.
