Cozy apartment in the heart of Milan, just a short walk from Bocconi University and the charming Navigli district, completely renovated at the end of 2023. Bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The location is ideal for easily reaching on foot or by public transportation the major points of interest such as Piazza del Duomo, Teatro alla Scala, the ''Quadrilatero della Moda''l and the Navigli. Nearby, you'll find many bars and restaurants The spacious and bright living room is equipped with a 55-inch television with FireTv, a sofa and a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, espresso coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom features a large wardrobe and an exclusive en suite bathroom with a shower and amenities. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and a balcony. The second bathroom is also equipped with a shower and amenities. Both the living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Grazia is very warm and welcoming. In the fridge were three bottles of mineral water and one bottle vino frizzante waiting for us. Grazia was always available on her phone, if we needed something/had a question. Check-In/Check-Out was flexible, which we appreciated very much! The area is very quiet and there are multiple ways to go to the city centre by public transport (ca. 15-20min to Duomo) Nice restaurants and bars nearby & even a Supermarket (Conad), which is open until late. I forgot my travel sized hair dryer and Grazia made every effort to return it to me via postal mail. Definitely worth returning to this lovely apartment!

Grazia war eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche übrig gelassen hat. Man konnte schnell und entspannt mit der Straßenbahn dicht bei in den Stadtkern Richtung Dom gelangen. Auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung 👍

Cutting-edge facilities such as the Olympic swimming pool at Bocconi campus, open to the public for a fee, a Virgin Active gym (both within a few minutes walk from the apartment) along with the presence of numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets, make it particularly pleasant and accessible.
Ravizza Park, a green oasis just a few meters from the apartment, is the ideal place to relax after a day dedicated to visiting Milan or for a bit of jogging.
You can reach the Navigli district in a 10-minute walk and the city center in approximately 20 minutes. Alternatively, tram line 15, whose stop is just over 2 minutes' walk from the apartment, takes you to Piazza Missori in just 4 stops (where you can catch Metro Line 3 - yellow) and 5 stops to Piazza del Duomo (where you can catch Metro Line 1 - red). Metro lines 1 and 3 are integrated with the other lines 2, 4, and 5, allowing access to all areas of the city.
