You’ll enjoy this three-bedroom, 2 bathroom charmer ideally situated within Mexico City’s world-renowned Condesa neighborhood. It’s just steps away from tons of great restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, galleries and more; yet located on a quiet street that ensures a good night’s rest - which isn’t always easy to find in Condesa, Roma Norte and the other popular neighborhoods of the city. Each bedroom provides a king-size bed, ample storage and lockable door; with one of three rooms having its own private full bathroom. The apartment also has a second shared full bathroom. You’ll find all the basics you’ll need in the kitchen, including a variety of pots, pans, glassware, silverware, coffeemaker, stove, countertop oven/airfryer, microwave, tea kettle and more. A dining area seats 4 to 6, and the living room provides a great space to sit back and relax after a long day of exploring, where you’ll find a variety of books, magazines, a 50 inch TV, and other amenities. High speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment. If you’re looking for a more formal working environment, one of Mexico City’s best co-working spaces is literally about a two-minute walk from your front door, and it’s FREE for general usage as long as you buy a coffee or snack.

Condesa is a wonderful part of CDMX to stay in. Samuel’s place was well located and very comfortable.
I have so many great things to say about Samuel and this AirBNB! If you’re searching for a place that checks all of the boxes, don’t hesitate to book now. (1) Samuel sends a video showing how to get in (so easy); (2) he was communicative throughout the stay and after when my friend needed a recommendation to get an IV (which she used!) and he was very understanding when I made a mistake about the keys; (3) THE LOCATION WAS PERFECTION - so quiet and beautiful and walkable to the incredible park (which we went to twice) and a short Uber away from all the sites and the more busy touristy areas; (4) the apartment was spotless which had to be tough bc the floors require mopping (we even took off our shoes to keep it clean bc we noticed how much work probably went in to getting them that clean); (5) the price is absolutely unbeatable! Last: Beds so comfy. Couches so comfy. Pillows so comfy. We loved staying here and highly recommend it to a group of friends or a family. Thanks, Sam!
Loved our magical stay in Condesa, and can’t wait to come back. Incredible restaurants walkable distance and a short cab ride away to all the best sights of CDMX. Sam was a fabulous and attentive host, the apartment was spacious and spic and span. Highly recommend, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Must try the viral torta de chilaquil stand 5 mins walk from the apartment!
Great apartment in what must be one of the best locations in Mexico City. Neighbourhood was safe and thriving. Samuel was very accomodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Condesa is one of the most desirable neighborhoods (colonias) in all of Mexico City. It's safe, charming tranquil, full of historic architecture, and an endless supply of great restaurants, cafes, spas, co-working spaces, bars, shops, parks and tree lined streets.
Walking is certainly a convenient option, as there are dozens of great bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and attractions nearby. Bus and metro stations are a short walk away, and Ubers are very affordable and plentiful in Mexico City.
