The place felt somewhat outdated, and there was a strong odor coming from the kitchen sink cabinets and the fridge left by previous guests. Additionally, the bed still had some hairs on it. The property definitely needs a thorough deep cleaning between guest stays. On the positive side, it’s in a great location with a nice view of the Landmark 81 building, and it's within walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. The host is very accommodating.

Developed by Vietnam’s largest company Vingroup, the Vinhomes Central Park neighbourhood contains a large and beautiful park with walking/running paths, as well as restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, pharmacies, a shopping mall and more all within walking distance.
You will also be just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, where many of the city’s tourist attractions, restaurants and nightlife are located. Even closer just 5 minutes away is the happening Binh Thanh neighbourhood, with many restaurants and bars.
Vinhomes Central Park is also home to the iconic Landmark 81 tower, the tallest building in Vietnam, which houses a 6-floor shopping mall at the bottom, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel, and luxury serviced apartments. On the 75th floor, there is a famous cocktail bar and restaurant called Blank Lounge with beautiful nighttime views of Ho Chi Minh City.
Use Grab or GoJek (the two largest international ride-sharing apps similar to Uber, Didi, etc.) to call a 4-seat car, 7-seat van/SUV or motorbike (1 person) to right in front of the apartment: typically arrives in a few minutes. ~15 minute to downtown Ho Chi Minh (District 1).
