The property has been renovated to the highest of standards by a local interior designer with all the original features retained. The studio is set in a quiet pedestrian alley minutes away from the sea front promenade, bars and restaurants, museums, bus routes, the historical cities of Birgu and Senglea and is only a 5 minute ferry ride to the capital city of Valletta. The studio apartment contains : - a fully equipped kitchen - mezzanin sleeping area - dressing area with a large desk - large wardrobe - built in sofa with pull out bed - Juliet balcony with views of the alley and partial harbour views

I really enjoyed my stay in Martinas apartment. The place was lovely, just like the pictures. It was an old house, so you could hear a lot of the neighbours and outside but it didn’t bother me much. The area itself was lovely and I felt very safe as a woman travelling alone. Many great restaurants and beautiful views, Martina also had great recommendations and was always there to help.
I was initially not aware of the Three Cities and am I glad I selected this as my base to explore Malta! Martina’s place is homely, peaceful, and tastefully decorated. As a host, she is very kind, responsive, understanding, and helpful. The apartment in itself is self contained and very close to all amenities including the ferry to Valetta. This was a wonderful find and a great experience!
I loved staying in this apartment. It looked exactly like on the pictures and I felt very much at home. Beautiful interior! Also the communication with Martina was amazing and her recommendations really great. (Date Café and Café Society my absolute favourites. ♥️) What I really liked as well is that it was just a 15 minutes Bolt ride (10€) from the airport or Valletta (as I stayed here during winter when ferries don't go back late anymore). Always enjoyed the 1.40€ ferry ride to Valletta as well - what a picturesque way to get into town. 😄🥰
Beautiful loft, charming location, great host! I had such a nice time at Martina's, and she provided plenty of tips to help me make the most of my trip. The neighborhood is a perfect base to access Valletta by ferry. Highly recommended!

A historical center with a rich story and dense with culture and tradition. The city of Cospicua is filled with architectural gems, appreciated best whilst exploring the narrow alley ways. Venturing further towards the harbor, the cities strong connection with sailing become evident. The city hosts several events throughout the year, with the most prestigious being the Regatta and the Middle Sea Race. The yearly calendar is dotted with several events , from wine and food festivals and religious celebrations (think street parties with lots of fireworks !) to art exhibitions and sporting events.
Bus routes are abundant and frequent, ideal for exploring the rest of the island on a budget. A short, scenic ferry ride connects Bormla, to the capital city Valletta. Urban walking routes connect all the historical landmarks and the neighboring cities. Low cost taxis (Bolt - our equivalent to Uber) are great for getting around comfortably and quickly.
