CAUTION, THIS LISTING IS A POTENTIAL SCAM. The host accused us of stealing $1000 worth of items and tried to file a case against us with airbnb even though we left the place better than how we found it. When we rented this house we were shocked that there was thousands of dead bugs saturating the floors. It took hours of cleaning to get it to a livable condition. The gate was incredibly unreliable which meant that we were often trapped inside the community or trapped outside. People would enter our courtyard and backyard unannounced. There was a lack of basic amenities like hand soap, dish soap or toilet paper. And then as soon as we left the host is now trying to steal from us by filing fraudulent claims through Airbnb, potential travelers beware.

Hemos sido 4 personas viviendo en este alojamiento durante 2 meses. La casa está totalmente equipada, es una zona muy tranquila y segura. Hay un par de pulperías cerca que te salvan de cualquier apuro, ya que San Ramón queda a menos de 10 minutos en carro. Arelis y Simón viven en la propia urbanización y siempre que hemos necesitado algo, han estado ahí para ayudarnos. Son una familia muy amable y comprensiva. Recomendamos 100% este alojamiento a cualquier viajero.
