So compared to staying at most hotels or other airbnbs which have water hardness levels of 278 PPM or more, at my home you will shower with water hardness levels of 10-20 PPM which is even lower than east coast cities such as New York. Soft water is much better on your skin and hair, as hard water causes dryness and wrinkling. 2. GYM: We have over 300 pounds of Olympic Weights, 5 barbells, A set of Dumbbells, a Treadmill, Squat Rack, Bench Press, and Yoga Mats for guests to use. 3. It was my first trip to Las Vegas and one of the reasons I loved it was staying at this space! It was private, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations! I could fully rest without any disruptions or inconveniences. Quiet and extremely clean. Near the bus 109 that goes to Fremont street and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby too (20ish mins walk). Lionel has all the things you may need and more. I got a cold a few days ago so the heater in the room saved me. I wish I could stay longer, but if I’m back to Las Vegas I will definitely stay here. Thank you Susan for being such an amazing co-host. And Cooper, of course 😍🐶

Fell in love with Cooper, the most adorable dog ever. This airbnb has a smart gym and access to the kitchen. It is really close to the airport.

The neighborhood is right next to the airport and UNLV, it is relatively safe. There is nothing really to do for most people as having a car is pretty mandatory to get around Vegas.
We are a 3 minute drive from the Airport, and a 8-15 minute drive from The Strip (Aria and Mandalay Bay 8-10 minutes, Resorts World/Wynn 15 minutes). We are 3-5 minutes away from nearby Walmart, Lowes, Targets, and other stores where you can get anything you pretty much need.
There are plenty of amazing restaurants around. One of the best is Casa del Sabor which is a 24-hour Mexican Tacos restaurant within 5 minutes driving distance. This is an amazing proximity to this restaurant as it features in my opinion some of the best tacos in Las Vegas.
We have plenty of street parking and my driveway can fit an extra car. There should be no issues for parking.
