Very cozy place with a beautiful view over the city. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential part of the city, which gives a great opportunity to explore the life in this area of Yerevan. The city center and the airport are easily accessible by taxi, it will take 25-30 minutes max to get there. The gem of this apartment is the balcony - from the height of 12th floor you can observe both sunrise and sunset while relaxing on the sofa or having breakfast or lunch. The apartment itself is very clean and kept in a good condition. Hermine is a supportive host, who provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, flexible time schedule for a check in and a check out and was always in touch in the messenger. If you consider visiting Yerevan - I highly recommend this place. Just be aware of the possible water shortages at nighttime, but this happens all across the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Hermine’s place. The flat is very functional and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beds were comfy. Bathroom some of the highest quality I have seen in Armenia. The balcony was also a plus for a good meal under the sun (when it isn’t too hot!). Communication was good. We had an issue with Wi-Fi not working for a full day, Hermine helped by providing an alternative hotspot. When working, internet speed was very very fast. It wasn’t a big issue, but we weren’t aware that water at night doesn’t work (I think between midnight and 6am). The location is ok. It is a residential neighbourhood, there is nothing special around, but Yerevan city and a good bakery around the corner were really handy. Distance 15/20min by car to Republic Square. Highly recommended!
