Gentle Winds (GW) Condo grounds are located in an absolutely beautiful location! The pictures of the place on the Airbnb website did a decent job capturing the beauty, but to see it with one's own eyes is ideal. It's a breathtaking place! The grounds are VERY well kept. Lawn, pool area, beach, and the "community" area were always immaculate. There is a patio area for grilling out (propane grill available to use). There are several tables and chairs so you can dine right by the shore. There were 7 in our group - kids 8 & 10, parents in their late 30's, two in their early 30's and me (kids' grandma). There's a ping pong table and a shuffleboard that we used in this area. The place was VERY kid friendly. The shack close to the pool with food and drink (including adult beverages) was awesome! People we spoke to when around town asked where we were from and where we were staying. When we told them GW, they all said, if they could live anywhere on the island, they'd choose GW hands down! :)
