The family room and kitchen area have retractable glass 24" glass walls that open up to the pool area that bring in the beauty of the outdoors into the large open concept great room. There is also a separate billards room. Spend the days, relaxing by the tranquil saltwater swimming pool and spa with a waterfall and built in tanning shelf for lounging. The tanning shelf has two chairs and an umbrella for those wanting to escape the sun but still be in the pool. Take a break from the sun under the covered patio with misters and an outdoor living room. In the evenings, relax by the outdoor living room and fireplace. The backyard has an abundance of seating areas with chaise lounges, multiple umbrellas and a propane BBQ. There is a wonderful firepit with four chairs to relax by with your drink of choice and enjoy the desert sunset. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom. The oversized master bedroom features a King bed with a fireplace as well as a large seating area with three futon chairs and patio access to the backyard and views of the mountains and fairway. The master bedroom features a walk in shower with , dual sinks, vanity area plus a large soaking tub and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 is located in the main house and offers two queen beds and and it's own en suite bathroom. The detached casita is located off the courtyard and has two bedroms. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and it's own en suite bathroom and bedroom 4 has a queen bed and it's own en suite bathroom. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway . There is no street parking. House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, Kleenex and laundry pods. In addition, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion are all provided in the 4 bathrooms. We also supply coffee, filters, sugar packets and Equal. This home does have video cameras only on the perimeter of the property which include: front courtyard, driveway and side yard for safety reasons. **Note: Due to COVID the city of La Quinta has strictly enforced the city ordinance for vacation rentals. The most important rule to note prior to booking is that there is no outdoor music or amplified sound allowed at anytime of the day or night. If you are playing music inside, the doors must be closed. The renter will be responsible for any fines from the PGA West HOA and/or the City of La Quinta. During the months of November through April there is a mandatory $100 fee per day to heat the pool and spa.
