This large house is in a great location in Penshurst, close to Hurstville and Kingsglove. 12 mins walk to Penshurst station, 1 min walk to the bus stop, 10 mins walk to the local supermarket. Penshurst park is right next to this property. Total of 6 rooms in this townhouse, you will share the kitchen and with the housemates, but you will have your private room and bathroom, all the rooms have lock. *This is a share house, so there will be potential noise. *This room is on ground floor. *Lugguage drop off before check in or after check out will be $20 if needed.

It’s the better place .
We had a good time and met a lot of people. The neighbourhood was also good with a nice park. Saw football matches on weekend. Overall a good stay

Polly’s place was very clean, modern and comfy bed. Room was exactly as described and came with amenities in the kitchen which was lovely! The shower was subjected to flooding so couldn’t be longer than 2 minutes and shared spaces weren’t very clean due to housemates, but that’s not entirely the hosts fault! I would potentially book a different room to the one we stayed in as you get woken very early or late at night (as you’re right next to the kitchen) by other guests (again not entirely hosts fault as had poster for quiet hours, but no one really followed that)
