The apartment was great, and better than expected. There was a very nice view from the window, and the amenities in the building made it a very comfortable stay. It was also walking distance to many conveniences, and also to the beach and night markets. There was a hiccup with the check-in process but Derek was very responsive and helpful throughout the incident. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hua Hin.
Good location
Loved Derek’s place! We booked this last minute and are so happy that we ended up in this cozy apartment. Great views, super clean, great amenities (the pool is 10/10!) and - despite the Ikea furniture - comfortable, functional and modern apartment. Huge produce market, 7-Eleven, beach, awesome local restaurants, all within a 10 minute walking radius. Derek and his team were super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Your condo is not located in the heart of city center. This location is not walking distance to the city center. On long weekends or public holidays it can get quite busy in Hua Hin. At this condo location you will have your peace when it is getting busy in Hua Hin center. From here it is easy to get to the southern beaches : Kao Takiab beach, Kao Tao beach or southern part of Hua Hin beach.

+Shopping and restaurants:
Walking distance is the the fresh market and seven eleven. The market is great for inexpensive fresh food and home pre cooked meals for take away. Also in walking distance is Hua Hin 112 with many food stalls and small casual restaurants and bars.
+Tennis Court:
True Arena Hua Hin is just next to the building. You can not stay closer to the tennis courts. The entrance is only 200m from your condo.
**your choices of transportation**
+scooter or bicycle:
I recommend to hire a scooter. It is super easy to get around on a scooter. Riding with the bicycle on back roads of Hua Hin can be good fun. Avoid the main roads with the bicycle.
+walking:
you can walk to food stalls and bars and 7 eleven@ Hua Hin 112 - 300m
if you don't mind to walk 900m you will be at the beach and same distance to the fresh food market.
+motor bike taxi and car taxi:
Book your motor bike taxi or car taxi with the grab app or bolt app. We find this the most convenient way to book a taxi. Pricing is fair and no negotiation is required. The app makes it really easy to pin point your pick up and drop off points.
+local bus:
Public transportation is not at your door step: Walk under the bridge and cross the rail way lines until you are on Petchaseam Rd. The green route Songtaows runs there. More details see map screen dump at the picture section.
