After visiting Florida, California, Mexico, The Bahamas, Costa Rica, Panama, The Virgin Islands, Turks & Caicos and Key West over the past few years. I finally did it. I bought a pre construction Condo in the Riviera Maya region of Mexico. I purchased a place in Playa del Carmen in 2015 with a delivery date of Dec 2017. And I have been in Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventura and now I call Tulum home. Come visit us in Mexico as I was a vacationer once for 15+ years and now a Real Estate Investor and Broker with Mr Tulum Real Estate, so I can help you navigate real estate in Mexico. I originally bought for just for rental and a place to stay when I visited, but decided to move full time to Mexico in Feb 2020. And then the whole world shut down and I was quarantined for a few months, but was able to swim in the ocean and walk on the beach, so am definitely staying here in Mexico. I will have all ten (10) apartments in Tulum and three (3) condos in Playa del Carmen by December 2020, so stay tuned for my new and gently used places in Mexico to visit. Before I moved to Mexico, I had talked with 10-12 different property management and vacation rental companies and decided I could move down and manage it better myself.
