Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below. Outside: In the front yard you will find driveway parking for three vehicles, step-free access to the front door, and a covered front patio with seating for two. The fenced backyard can be accessed through the home. In the backyard you will find a private pool with loungers, outdoor shower, grass yard, outdoor dining area, propane grill, patio seating area with propane fire pit/heater. Downstairs: When you enter the home, the first room on your left is the downstairs primary bedroom. It has a king bed, 55” smart TV, work area, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. This closet has the linens for the downstairs fold-out sofa bed. The second door on your right down the first floor hallway is a pantry with pool towels, high chair, pack n’ play, and a mop, broom and vacuum. The first floor hallway leads to the open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for the family. The dining area seats 8 with an additional 4 seats at the island. The living room features a 65” smart TV and the middle section of the couch folds out to a queen size bed. The hallway off the dining area has doors to the backyard and garage, laundry closet and full bathroom with walk-in shower. In the garage you’ll find the golf cart, a refrigerator, spare propane tanks, and any available outdoor games and beach gear. Upstairs: As you ascend the stairs you walk into the game room. Here we have a 65” smart TV, couch that folds into a queen size bed, and a work table that has power outlets. Of course it’s the game room because of our two arcade game consoles! Can you set the new high score? To the left is the upstairs primary bedroom. It has a king bed, 55” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The closet has the linens for the upstairs sofa bed. What makes this bedroom special is the private balcony with seating for two! The full bathroom upstairs has a combination tub and shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a door to the balcony overlooking the backyard. The bunk room has a loft-style twin XL over a queen bed and access to the backyard balcony. Each bedroom comes equipped with a smart TV. At full capacity, the home can accommodate 13 guests: two in each king bed, two in the queen bed, one on the twin XL, and two on each of the queen foldout sofas.
