This is a solid option we with some annoying minuses. on the plus side, the flat feels warm as it gets direct sunlight in the morning. this is very very rare to get in Bogota, strong advantage. it is also well isolated from outside noise and the building is new, with a cool terrace and vibes. unfortunately, the flats are cheaply made and creates issues that would have cost a few hundred dollars to fix. main issue: door to hallway don't offer any sound isolation, they don't even get all the way down (2-3 fingers space). with many flats in close proximity, you'll hear everything from other flats (and they will hear everything you do). the shower doesn't have pressure (I stayed on 8th floor) and is a pain to fix the temperature. terrace upstairs is nice and the paid laundry area downstairs very handy.
