Ideal for those who love to stay in charming structures and enjoy large-scale environments, the apartment was renovated in 2023 with a conservative project that maintained the main elements: decorated tiles on the floor, ceilings over 4 meters high, wooden interior doors handmade by the craftsmen of the time, artistic cast iron railing. The result is an elegant home with a retro flavor, bright, welcoming and equipped with every comfort even for long stays. The accommodation, which occupies part of the noble floor of the historic Villino Cappelluti dating back to the early 1920s, is 500 meters from the central station and an 8-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, beating heart of the city and access point to the Sassi. The lodging is air conditioned and has a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and free fast Wi-Fi. Divided into three areas (equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom with a balcony), it accommodates up to 4 people, with a King Size double bed in the master bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room.

Appartamento ampio ed accogliente, a circa 1 km dai Sassi. Fornito di tutto il necessario (e anche di più), con una particolare attenzione ai dettagli. Materassi davvero comodi (solo il secondo letto un po’ corto per un adulto). Altra nota positiva il parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi dall’abitazione. Consiglio assolutamente.

L’appartamento di Andrea è perfetto per soggiornare a Matera , in posizione tranquilla ma al tempo stesso vicina al centro storico e ai famosissimi sassi raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. La casa è molto carina , soffitti alti signorili, arredata con gusto eccellente e le maioliche di cappalluti fanno la loro parte . Superiore alle aspettative. Grazie Andrea per tutto !
The flat of Andrea is super comfortable and the perfect place to visit this incredible city! Everything is easy to reach by foot. The flat is very nicely decorated and has everything that you need. Andrea was super welcoming, always available and very polite. We will definitely come again!
