This modern apartment has an attached garden and is located in Siolim, close to beaches of Anjuna & Morjim. Our apartment can accommodate 5 guests, it is a perfect place for a family. It has a fully functional kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a garden accessible from the bedrooms and living area. It is part of a gated community with outdoor swimming pool, a pool house and 24hr security. The apartment has an inverter for the frequent power cuts in Goa (no genset). LOCATION The apartment is in the very popular locality of Siolim - 15 to 20 min from all the famous restaurants of Anjuna and Assagao (Mojigao, Coco's Kitchen, Thalassa, Olives, Burger Factory, Sublime, etc.). It is ~30min from the popular beaches (Vagator, Anjuna, Morjim, etc.) HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES Housekeeping includes cleaning of the apartment once a day between 9.30am and 5.30pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. AMENITIES The apartment is located on the ground floor and has an attached garden. It has 2 beds and 1 sofa cum bed and sleeps 5 comfortably. - WIFI available in all the rooms (limited phone network range except Jio) - A fully functional kitchen where you can prepare your meal: it has all the appliances like the hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has a washing machine in case you need to do laundry. - A living room with flat screen TV & a full size sofa. - 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, they have comfortable double beds with luxurious linen and a large closet for storage of your luggage and clothes. The bathrooms have towels & toiletries. Both bedrooms have garden access. - A garden area with 2 chairs and a table, perfect to share a meal outside - The apartment also has extras like a clothes’ drying stand and an iron with ironing board. - An inverter which will power the fans, basic lights, 2 charging points and the WIFI in case of power outage for 4 to 6h (no GENSET) MONTHLY STAYS We offer monthly discounts for long stays - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 20,000/- security deposit at the time of check-in against these. NETWORK Please note that Jio works well in the building but Vodaphone and Airtel have very limited range.- You can enjoy our common area facilities like the pool and garden - We have free parking available at the property.
