My worst and only experience on Airbnb. Once you book property, host doesn’t reply any questions and leave you on hold. I called belvilla, team member said , that they don’t have this booking is not existing in their system. Also, we didn’t get any instructions about checkin-in. I Do not recommend to book from this host. Thanks to Airbnb support team for helping me.
