Updated with full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of utensils and cookware make eating in simple. Seating for (2) in the kitchen. Cozy living area featuring comfortable couch with chaise lounge that converts to a full size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging while enjoying a glass of wine from your favorite local winery. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on your personal apps! Enjoy reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine. 1 bedroom furnished with comfortable KING mattresses with clean & crisp linens, and ensuite bath. There is closet space for storing guests personal items. Clean & modern bathroom, updated finishes and high quality towels and linens. My parents recently stayed at this Airbnb for a college reunion and had a wonderful experience. The location was convenient, the place was well-equipped with everything they needed, and they found the accommodations to be very comfortable. Thank you for providing such a great stay for them!
Inside unit as described. I appreciated the variety of kitchen supplies. Bed comfortable, lots of close outlets. Shower pressure good and hot. Yard was extremely overgrown but the location was perfect for my needs. I could hear the residents in the attached unit into the night (even with my noise machine- head of bed is against the shared wall). Fortunately they weren't there every night. Neighborhood is residential and relatively quiet.
Amy was very responsive & quick to reply. The inside was clean, as appeared on pictures and included basic amenities, but the outside of property was unkept. The walls to neighboring duplex are not sound proof and everything is heard. Other duplex's inside fire alarm went off at 5am and it was as if it was in my own bedroom. Ear plugs could not block sound. Duplex is not far from Walla Walla University, something we needed.
Overall a good visit...accurately represented...The neighborhood was a little rough. The dog next door had quite a lot to say but DID NOT RUIN THE VISIT... No why the ear plugs were in the bedroom.
Centrally located, in what is considered the “College Place” neighborhood. College Place is located in Walla Walla County, WA, and sits on the outskirts of Walla Walla, a Washington Wine Country destination. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Highway 125 is the main throughway in the town of College Place and Walmart, Home Depot, and multiple box retail stores are approx. .9 miles from the home. There are several restaurant options nearby but most people enjoy heading over to the Historic Downtown Walla Walla to enjoy the local winery scene and food options. The nearest park is Lions Park (a gorgeous local favorite with a pond and tons of well kept grassy area and paths) is a 2 min walk from the property.
Historic Downtown Walla Walla (approx. 3 miles) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. You will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, breweries, night life and lots of activities. Of course the local wine tasting rooms are what most people visit Walla Walla for, and the local Vitners will not disappoint. Most tasting rooms close by 5 pm so you will want to get an early start and try to pick your favorites!
From theaters and museums to biking, hiking, golf, and spa time, Walla Walla offers a little bit of everything wonderful. Soaked in sunshine all year round, it’s the perfect place to dive into the great outdoors. From mountains and rivers to trails and viewpoints, visitors can enjoy the ideal combination of adventures. Lean towards the downtown side of life? Check out local boutiques, art galleries and other cultural gems – they’re perfect for bringing a piece of the valley home with you.
