Here, you'll have access to public BBQ facilities, a pontoon, a jetty, and a safe swimming area. If you're bringing a boat, the Acacia Bay South Boat ramp is conveniently located only a 4-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can simply cross the road to the Acacia Bay shopping centre, where you'll find a convenience store, a garden centre, and The Bay Bar and Brasserie for your dining pleasure. The garage is locked and not available for guest use. **Please note - There are security cameras at the entrances and exits of the home. There are no cameras inside the home. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. The house must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged. The BBQ must be left clean. No smoking and no pets allowed.
