Nice place to stay

Owner was nice and tried to be helpful but the house keeping was not good for me personally and I left. When I first walked into the basement it had a certain odour, not bad but not pleasant. Then when I opened the door to my room a huge smell of Body odour hit me, I couldn’t walk in as it mad me gag. Once I got the room in good smelling order I found a brown stain on the bed sheets, I went to flip the mattress over to sleep on it, when I did that I found a womens fake finger nail under the bed and a lot of dust accumulated into clusters. I looked under the other bed and I saw a Q-tip, I didn’t look any further after that. With all this I found I felt it wasn’t a sanitary place to stay at and decided to leave.
