Obia’s place was beautiful & looked exactly like the pictures. Extremely helpful & friendly, check-in and check-out was very easy. The place was in a perfect location - 20 minute walk to the belle isle & right next to downtown. Would love to come back anytime we visit Detroit again!

The Place was very nice, A few stains on the bedroom carpet.. other than that I really enjoyed my stay. I had the first floor Apartment very nice kitchen .

Obia was very responsive and professional in communication. Decor of home was cute and comfy. Beds had multiple pillows. We came for NFL draft, home conveniently close to travel easily to and from events. The road house is on leads right to Belle Isle, very cool experience. If light sleeper, be aware the walls are extremely thin and can hear fellow guest in units below and above, if units are occupied. Overall, great price for the convenience of being close to downtown.

For the most part everything was great. Only complaints I had was the cleanliness of the water and ice dispenser on the fridge , it wasn’t cleaned properly. And my unit was entered twice the day before check out, the first time it was the cleaners and the second time it was a man working for the owner but it was an honest mistake but it could’ve ended up a bad situation. Other than that the owner was great and very responsive to all my needs. I would definitely use them again.
