Kitchen: Fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven, ELBA induction cooker, full cutlery set. Master bedroom attached with bathroom: - 1 Queen size bed - Water heater, shampoo, shower gel, towels. - Air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe with hangers. - Hair dryer, iron and iron board. William very helpful to arrange all the necessary from booking till check in . Very clean and good location to stay !
Unfortunate that the day i check in, there was heavy thunder n lightning so water seeped in through the wall beneath the window although windows were closed. Communicated to homestay care taker to improve the wall n do waterproofing. He acknowledged the feedback. the lift also broke down due to lightning n heavy rain so we had to take stairs from level 37. It has rarely happened i was told. William was proactive to let me know of the situation , it took about 30mins for mgmt office to get 1 out of 4 lifts working . When we check out the next day, only 1 lift working , others are still not working. Location was good, apartment was well kept clean - just with any development-- ongoing maintenance and responsiveness of mgmt office of the development is crucial .
