My four siblings and I (and spouses) had a great time at Cedar View Lodge! The views from the deck are stunning. The living room was beautiful and a joy to hang out in. Many hours were spent on the deck in the mornings and watching the sun rise. Bedrooms were all very nice. Good, large bathrooms that were in excellent condition. Kitchen was large and well equipped. We really loved the Sandpoint area--there was much more to do there than we originally realized. Cedar View Lodge made our family get together a very special trip.

This is our second time visiting this cabin. The owners are so friendly and it’s the perfect little getaway. We will certainly be coming back.

The house was warm and cozy with a huge great room that accommodated our 12 people well. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of table space inside and out. The view of the mountains and forest was spectacular. We appreciated all the toys and downstairs play area for our 4 Grand-kids. They had a blast. We had a wonderful family gathering in your lovely home. Thank you, Jim and Shannon Moomaw and family

Cedar Lodge is a beautiful home on a lovely wooded property. The house easily fit our party of 6 adults and 3 kids. The house is well equipped with a grill and a wide array of pots and pans. Our only suggestion is the addition of blackout curtains to the bedrooms on the main level. We were lucky that it wasn’t too hot (high of 92) as the house gets direct sun in the late afternoon and can get warm. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

If you enjoy the mountains and activities of Idaho, this is great location for a family gathering. We had twelve of our family staying at the house very comfortably. The remote location provides seclusion and beautiful views but is close enough to enjoy all that Sandpoint and the area have to offer.
