Welcome to the Maltby Suites! Our spacious 7bed/7bath property is spread out over 4000 sf! Our uniquely designed property was created for large groups to gather together and yet each have their own private space. Our main house has a vintage modern design with 5 bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. Our beautifully designed guest quarters has 2 more bedrooms also with en suite bathrooms. And the highlight of our property is the 900 sf. bar, game room and media room called the Martini! Our property has been completely renovated top to bottom! You will enjoy a classic vintage style with all the modern conveniences of a newly built home. You will feel like you are on your own private compound, but also minutes from the center of Houston.

An easy 5-star rating from my side. The host Heather was awesome! She was very nice and attentive to our needs. The house was safe, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our girl trip. We would definitely book this house again.
This by far was one of the best places I've stayed in.
Stayed three nights for a friend’s gathering. It was absolute perfection for a large group! Everyone had a great private room. We used the main building communal space to gather, eat, drink, dance and laugh. The second bldg has a large gaming space with pool table, tvs, bar, etc. Such a cool space to hang. The entire property is fenced in so it feels very private. We were able to sit outside and relax with cocktails and cigars. The house comes with everything a group needs to prepare meals. So much detail and care put into the property for guest comfort. If you’re looking for a tree lined neighborhood, this is not it. It’s working class and Heather has done a great job respecting the neighborhood. On our departure day there was the intoxicating smell of an active bbq grill. Real people, real Houston! Heather is awesome! She was so flexible and kind to our group. She stopped by and they all clapped - enough said! This is five stars ⭐️ only because six is not an option!

This neighborhood is 10 minutes from Downtown, in East End Houston. We are 15 minutes from just about anything you would want to do ! We are also walking distance to the metro light rail that runs into downtown.
This property was taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt in 2023 so don't be alarmed if you type in the address and see an old house. Everything from that picture has been torn down and built brand new!
