Très bon séjour chez Maui. Hôte réactif. Appartement bien équipé. Possibilité d'utiliser la deuxième piscine plus spacieuse de la résidence (moyennant finance 200 pesos/personne).
Thank you Maui 😊 My family enjoyed our stay for 3 days. The room is spacious for a group of 4. You have enough space where you can put your luggages, there are enough built in cabinets and I like the separate area for dining and mini kitchen. The location of the condo is vert convenient as well. there are stores outside, 7/11, Mr & Mrs Barbeque (masarap and affordable), Pan de Manila and a lot more. Also it is near the IT park, cebu city plaza where fort san pedro, magellan's cross, etc is located. You can ride a taxi or book a grab for convenience but you can also take a jeepney, maraming dumadaan outside the community 😊 I'm very satisfied. Just few comments for improvement, it will be better if there's a separate trash can sa unit. They only have one sa CR. There are few items left in the ref (left over ice and orange) used towels (towels were wet) in the cabinet, it's okay kasi nakahanger naman. 10/10, it was such a nice experience 🙂 I recommend this for your Cebu trip 🥰

Maui is an accommodating host and answers your concerns and questions immediately. The place is within the city and near on malls thus traveling is a lot easier. A nice place to stay while your on your vacation in Cebu City

This building is very close to shopping malls such as Ayala City Center, SM Cebu, Robinson Galleria, and many more. It is also near the airport and ports. It has on-site stores like a pharmacy, remittance center, bakery, spa, restaurants, laundry shop, 7-Eleven, and an ATM machine.
Regarding our parking rules, two consecutive hours are free of charge. After that, the cost is 50 pesos per hour. Please note that this rate applies 24/7, including holidays and weekends. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a parking fine.
