With open-plan living space, it's a three-minute walk to the restaurants, cafes and shops of the village-like Battersea Square, and 15 minutes walk from Chelsea's popular Kings Road. With a private car park, there's a covered terrace with a heater to enjoy year-round. The ensuite and guest bathrooms have a steam shower and a jacuzzi bath with Smart TV above, so appeal to those who like the finer things!
My colleagues and I very much enjoyed our short stay in Claire's gorgeous home. The location was fantastic for our work event and the balcony views were stunning. We'd love to come back!
Such a beautiful, well looked after flat - the perfect place for our girls trip to London. The open plan living room, dining area and kitchen was airy, spacious and bright with a great view of the Thames. We especially enjoyed the large dining table, where we could all comfortably sit and have dinner together. Claire was a wonderful host and thoughtfully provided detailed information on everything! We had a lovely time and hope to come stay again in the future! Thank you again, Claire!
Battersea has undergone a huge regeneration in the last decade, and with the transformation of the iconic Battersea Power Station into a bustling riverside quarter packed with bars, restaurants, independent boutiques and luxury fitness spots, Battersea is fast becoming the place to be. Popular amongst affluent young families, it's not hard to see what draws them in, with its very own 200-acre park boasting quaint cafes, an art gallery, a children's zoo, a boating lake and a bandstand at the centre of it all. If you find yourself on Battersea’s main thoroughfare, take a look inside the award-winning Battersea Flower Station and pick up a hand-tied bouquet, small succulent, or glazed terracotta pot. Foodies will relish Lavender Hill and the nearby Northcote Road Market dating back to the 1860s. There, you’ll find an exquisite mix of deli goods, cheeses and fresh fruit and vegetables, alongside artisanal flowers, antiques, and original art — a wholesome option for weekends.
We have a private car parking space under the building. There is also off-street visitor parking outside the property.
From Gatwick:
Take the train to Victoria and get off at Clapham Junction (25 minutes), then either:
1. Take a taxi from the station (5 min drive)
2. Or bus 170 towards Victoria and get off on Vicarage Crescent, 50m from the building
3. Or walk 13 minutes north up Falcon Road, Battersea High Street, Gwynne Road and turn right onto Lombard Road.
From Heathrow:
1. Take the Piccadilly line to South Kensington, then Circle/District to Sloane Square, then bus 170 to Clapham Junction, and get off on Vicarage Crescent, 50m from the door
2. Or take a taxi (around £30 direct - takes around 40 mins dependent on traffic).
