This place was awesome, very clean and spacious. Beach was walking distance and the restaurants near by had great atmosphere.

This was a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Our five kids (ages 6-13) loved the pool and Playa Grande. We had daily wildlife visits to the house including birds of all kinds, iguanas, and howler monkeys. The kids loved it! The house itself was beautiful and very clean. Carmit was an incredible host. She was very responsive and had lots of great recommendations.

Carmit was an absolutely amazing host. Unfortunately we had a difficult situation at another airbnb during our vacation in Costa Rica and we needed to move properties last minute for safety reasons. We reached out to Carmit and despite having an event at the house that day she still agreed to accommodate us and had the entire house cleaned and ready for us at 5pm. There is not enough words to say about how beautiful this place is. The bedrooms are fairly sized, spacious, bathrooms are nice and clean, the kitchen is perfect, and a large sofa and living area. The biggest hit is the backyard, perfect sized pool for our group with the most beautiful view and a relaxing seating area. It’s only a 2 minute drive to a beautiful large quiet beach. And one of our favorite restaurants in the area was Pots & Bowls for a perfect breakfast/lunch spot. The pictures do not do this place justice, we cannot recommend this place enough to anyone coming to Costa Rica! We hope to be back soon!

Great stay at Playa Grande, close to a few food options and just up the road from several surf spots. Absolutely gorgeous house! Carmit was so responsive to everything that came up - really appreciate her help with an issue that arose. Overall fantastic stay!

The home was beautiful, private but close enough to walk to beach for sunsets and to restaurants. The pool was a great place to relax and we were fortunate to have a large group of monkeys visit two days in a row and hang out in the surroundings trees which was better than any tour. Carmit was very responsive and out of our three homes we rented this was by far the best. And Playa Grande was the least crowded of the large beaches we visited with great waves.
