This historic gem is the perfect blend of old-world charm and modern convenience, ensuring an unforgettable stay in this quaint town. It features beautifully done retro decor and cozy furnishings. Whether you're here to explore the Grand Canyon and the scenery of Northern AZ or the historic Route 66, our vintage cottage offers the perfect base for your Williams adventure. No smoking on the property. This cottage is located in the backyard of the historic Victorian “Fern Rigg” house. Owners live in the front house and the backyard is shared. 4 adults max. 5 people max if traveling with children.

We loved staying in her place. Great location and only an hour from the Grand Canyon. Very easy drive. The downtown area was cute and appreciated a grocery store nearby.
This is a beautiful old house - immaculately furnished and painted. Super private and quiet neighborhood - what a great place!!!!
Cheerful and beautifully designed little home. I loved the adorable retro style appliances. Really great vibes! Perfect for a couple or two adults and one child max - the sofa bed is shorter than a regular twin mattress and cannot fit more than one child. I also prefer a much firmer mattress than the bed in the bedroom. But the place was great, the laundry room and kitchen are great, great location and responsive host. Recommend!
Would recommend Arian's place to anyone wanting to stay in the Williams area.

Williams is a safe, friendly town. There is some foot traffic and children playing on our street. Route 66 is 3 blocks away and just a short walk in the other direction takes you to hiking trails near Santa Fe Dam.
Parking is free anywhere along the street where I live. Parking can be tight downtown. We are located 3 blocks from Route 66 and walking is recommended.
