The cottage is waterfront and a PERFECT spot for a romantic couples getaway! honeymoon/celebrations Designed with that in mind, it has a hot tub,kitchen w/ espresso machine, living room with wood burning fire and a romantic luxurious suite with a king bed,a chandelier & cozy ambiance complete w/ water views and a stunning bathroom that features a double vanity,a large soaking tub,a tile shower with a soothing 3 function rain shower, is complete with luxury linens, cozy robes & soft towels Welcome to the beauty of waterfront living! Where the sunrises and sunsets leave you in awe, and falling asleep to the sound of the water lapping the shoreline helps your mind & body to relax, As you Step down from the deck onto the sandy pebbly beach you will only have a few steps to the waters edge and where you can soak in some sunshine or go swimming. Two Kayaks & a paddle board are there to enjoy as well as a firepit & chairs on the beach to enjoy a cozy romantic bonfire at sunset/ or the hot tub might call your name? That also is situated with the water view and sunsets in mind! This cottage is Newly renovated and is a quaint size however it does have full size kitchen appliances and also a gas bbq grill outside/ it has a few games to play on the island with the cozy fire beside you and a couples question game that initiates amazing conversation, It has so much charm and is the perfect spot for couples to connect and fall deeper in love❤️ Also take note, in the winter you can ENJOY making a latte with our breville touch screen espresso machine & cozy up beside the warm crackling fire with a latte & the view of the water! Truly a special experience! Also some amazing dining spots close by! The wellwood restaurant is less than a mile away and a great seafood/steak date night spot! And if you want a sweet small town experience go stroll the Main Street of the town of northeast! You will find Woody’s crab house (famous for seafood) a lil shopping & the Chesapeake city coffee shop that serves Fresh donuts and breakfast sandwiches as well! Also An ice cream spot, a fancy steak house and a taco spot! So charming and fun! Lights are strung through out the town and it’s so cute! Come and stay in our sweet cottage! We d love to host you!

The Wife and I had a great time at this cottage despite poor weather. We enjoyed the nice view of the water and even the eagles and osprey that landed just a few feet from the back deck. Would highly recommend staying at this cute little cottage!
My wife and I stayed here for our 19th wedding anniversary and we really enjoyed ourselves. The property was exactly how it was pictured and any and all questions or concerns we had were quickly taken care of by the owners. We unfortunately stayed here at the exact same time of the year when mayflies were much worse than normal. Obviously, this isn’t anything that can be predicted, but the owners had someone come to the house to spray the outside deck and property within hours of our texted concern. The responsiveness and quick action taken by the owners with this issue made our stay awesome and allowed us to use all of the amenities, even though Mother Nature was trying to say otherwise. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful cottage and for helping us to enjoy our time even more. It was much appreciated!
Great little cottage on the water! looks just like the pictures! From the moment we walked through the gate we were impressed and very pleased. We didnt have the best weather but enjoyed the amenities anyway. The cottage was VERY clean and the area was quiet. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen has enough to make your meals. The bed was very comfortable and we slept with the slider open to hear the water all night. The soft robes were a great touch! We didnt use the kayaks since the weather didnt cooperate but instead used the hot tub which was clean and maintained well. Such a relaxing place just watch out for the bugs all over the slider screens. They didnt seem to bother us though.
The ambiance of this cottage is unmatched! The interior is a perfect harmony of cozy and ornate. It is the perfect place for a little getaway. David and Barb were gems of hosts and the cherry on top of our stay. They were incredibly accommodating as it pertained to check-out. I look forward to coming back in the future!

It is a sweet neighborhood but an up and coming neighborhood so expect to see a few houses that need some work as you pull in the street)
Very quiet streets and you can walk to the market street cafe or general store in about half a mile!
Parking is in front of the fence as you pull in!
