Located in downtown Beaufort, Magnolia Leaf cottage offers a serene retreat for guests. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed, it's the perfect space to unwind and relax. Perfect for trips to tour historic downtown homes, graduation weekends on the Marine base or a beach trip with the family. This adorable cottage is located in downtown Beaufort, 1 mile from the heart of downtown, 0.1 miles from the Spanish Moss Trail and centrally located between both bases. The Magnolia Leaf is your destination for trips to the Lowcountry. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and dresser, with a 43 inch smart Roku tv, a chair to relax in and a full length mirror, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a dresser, with a 32 inch smart Roku tv, there is a pull out bed in the living room couch, with a 50 inch smart Roku tv. The pull out couch bed would only be ideal for a child, due to the thickness of the mattress. Each bed has several pillows and fleece blankets for your comfort as well. The bathroom is a tub/shower combination. We provide shampoo/conditioner, and body wash, as well as assorted toiletries, in case you’ve left something at home. The kitchen is updated with a stainless steel dishwasher and farmhouse style sink, with a new garbage disposal. We have a Keurig for your use and we supply Starbucks, flavored coffees, and assorted teas. We also have a drip coffee pot. The Laundry area is located in the kitchen area, and we have tide pods and dryer sheets for your convenience. In the large back yard there is a fire pit with comfy chairs. There is a small table and chair set with a grill available for your use as well as a corn hole game for entertainment. UPCOMING: In May we will be adding an outdoor storage container with outdoor games, boogie boards for the beach, beach towels, etc. We do provide a beach pass to Hunting Island State park for your use!

I went to SC to attend my son Marine graduation. Beth makes her home your home and made sure that my son felt welcome and peaceful after his graduation ceremony. She provided us with a welcoming package that went beyond my expectations. She left us a list of restaurants that honor our Marines after their ceremony. By the time my plane landed she had emailed me informing me that the place was ready for me. She took time from her schedule to accommodate my needs outside house rental, tried her best to find me personal transportation to and from base. I left some personal items in her dryer and she was very quick to inform me. Then took the time once again from her schedule to mail me my items. This speaks very highly of her character. I will definitely recommend her place and would be the only place I stay in when traveling to SC. My son and his girlfriend felt at home enjoyed everything from the TV shows, the board games and choices of food in the area. Thank you Beth for being y
Beth and The Magnolia Leaf exceeded all expectations. Her personal welcome note and snacks were such a lovely surprise. The cottage was charming and made you feel comfy and cozy. Check in and out were so easy. There is nothing I would change and we look forward to visiting again.
Beth was very easy to communicate with. Had some beverages and snacks waiting for us. She texted me to let me know we could check in early which was very thoughtful, I would definitely recommend her place and would stay here again.
This was by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Everything exceeded my expectations. It was spotless and had all the essential amenities. Beth was responsive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in the area, it was worth every penny!
This was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Beth was an incredible host and truly thought of everything from the cookies that greeted us to the toiletries and fluffy towels. We enjoyed playing corn hole and eating in the backyard and relaxing and playing games in the living room. We love Beaufort and hope this will be our go-to place to stay!
