Sunny, modern one-bedroom lakefront penthouse with spectacular view overlooking peaceful and pristine Lake Bracciano and private boat club, just 40 minutes from Rome or Viterbo. A 4 minute walk from Trevignano Romano's charming old borgo and town centre; sailing and windsurfing, lots of restaurants and bars. High-quality amenities: gourmet kitchen, comfortable master bedroom with French doors onto large wrap-around terrace. Maxi shower with rain shower-head. Queen sofa bed in the living room. Our fully equipped 1 Bedroom apartment is our dream house! We called it Laura's "Casetta" because she was the lovely woman who sold it to us, and we know that she left a big part of her heart here. So, it's our way of honouring her, and saying thanks. All of the furniture is new, and the apartment was very recently updated with the latest fittings. We have Air Conditioning, autonomous heating and plenty of electrical outlets for charging phones or computers. There's also a small fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, and pretty much all the things you'll need to cook and serve a gourmet meal. There's also a washing machine, microwave and toaster. The bedroom offers large, comfortable double bed, lots of closet space and access to terrace through French doors. Sheets and towels, as well as beach towels are provided. The big pull-out sofa in the living room accommodates 2 and is also very comfortable. Huge picture window in living room offers breathtaking view of lake and our terrace is the perfect place to enjoy an aperitivo or a meal al fresco. Newly rennovated bathroom with very big walk-in shower with rain shower head and bidet, heated towel rack (in winter!).

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was beautiful and really well equipped for all our needs. Tracey was an amazing host and made us feel comfortable and at home right away with plenty of recommendations but also left us to it, making it feel our own. When we arrived an hour earlier than we anticipated she was able to accommodate an early check in, which was lovely after our early flight! She was always very responsive to messages. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to the lungo lago and the very small “old town”, but distant enough meaning that parking was normally easy to find very close to the apartment without the business of the centre. Only in busy periods at weekends is parking something to bear in mind. The town has an abundance of lovely restaurants, including very close to the apartment - unfortunately more than we had time to try! The whole area has plenty to see and do.
We had an amazing week in Trevignano Romano, Italy, at this fantastic apartment. My husband, our 1.5-year-old daughter, and I were thrilled with our experience. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and featured a wonderful balcony with stunning views of Lake Bracciano. The efficient AC kept us comfortable during the warm days and nights. Tracey, the owner, was a delight. She provided us with excellent recommendations on how to explore the area, making our stay even more enjoyable. Her warm hospitality and responsiveness made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Trevignano Romano. Fantastisk kjekk leilighet, og har en unik beliggenhet. 3-4 minutt gange så er en på strand promenaden. Mye kjekke restauranter i nærheten. Vi benyttet daglig, både til frokost og kvelds, den flotte terrassen som er vendt ut mot innsjøen. Fredelig område, men alt i gangavstand. Kan gå turer til utsiktstopp. Vil sterkt anbefale denne byen og leiligheten av Tracey. Tracey var svært hjelpsom med både tips om ting å besøke samt tips om gode restauranter. En fantastisk vert.
Beautiful apartment with a very nice lake view. Very clean and air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Good facilities, and Tracy gave us good local recommendations.

We are within walking distance to beaches, sailing and windsurf schools, kayaking, archery, biking and so much more! One sailing school offers room and board plus lessons for young people during summer. Small tennis club nearby. Horseback riding stables and Golf within a short drive.
45 minutes from Fiumicino airport, Seaside beaches (Maccarese, Fregene,Ostia). Civitavecchia port, where some international cruise ships dock, is about 1 hour 15 mins away.
Besides the old borgo, Trevignano has an interesting Etruscan museum on the town square, just a 7 minute walk away. Health spas with hot water springs and plenty of historic sites are within an hour or so drive: the Papal city of Viterbo, Etruscan tombs, the incredibly strange but breathtaking town of Civita' di Bagnoreggio (an ancient hilltop village perched atop a "collapsing" landscape), the Ruspoli castle at Vignanello; the lakes of Bolsena, Martignano and Vico. Also, the "monster" park at Bomarzo and the enchanting gardens of Villa Lante, the splendid Villa Farnese palace in Caprarola are all under an hour and a half-2 hour drive. Sutri is a charming medieval village 20 minutes away with a Roman-era ampitheater, an Etruscan necropolis and an intriguing series of caves carved out of the Tufo stone. In the summer months Sutri hosts many medieval festivals, concerts, open markets and, in September, the gastronomic Festival of beans!
And how to forget Bracciano with its magnificent and imposing 15th c medieval castle Orsini-Odescalchi which is open for visits and is only a 15 minute drive away?
A 40 minute drive from downtown Rome, Trevignano Is also connected to the Eternal City by an infrequent regional bus service (ACOTRAL). We're about a 50 minute drive from Fiumicino Airport. Let me know if you need a driver.
Trains go from Rome's Ostiense and San Pietro stations to Viterbo, stopping in Anguillara Sabazia and/or Bracciano - both lakeside towns with bus and taxi connections to Trevignano Romano (about 15- 20 minutes away). In summer, and weather permitting, a ferry connects Trevignano to Anguillara and Bracciano.
