Place was cosy and clean. Reshma helped us out in whatever way it was possible, even allowing providing support when one of my co-travellers fell sick. The place is as described and easy to find. Just one thing to note: As described, the place is Non AC but with fans. So, in Kerala weather, it can get quite hot during the day except in Monsoon season. But, if you are cool with that, then absolutely reccomend this place.

We stayed at Reshma's place for 2 days and all I can say is we felt it like home! Everything was perfect from greetings of host's mother during check in and till we checked out. Best thing is fully functional kitchen, it was really helpful as I travelled with my family. TVM Airport is nearby and also beach is 5 min walk. Kochuveli railway station is also around 2.3KM from the house. Host was very flexible with our requests which made our stay super comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

The location is in between Veli to Vettucaud church in veli shangumukham road, which make these 3 destinations within the locality. The location was pretty much easier to find as current location was shared by Reshma. It was definitely a cool, carm and cozy stay for my one day trip, with two bedrooms, a kitchen , hall and a common bathroom. All the necessary utilities including fridge, oven, washing machine, kitchen facilities, were provided by Reshma's mother, who was there for all needs. Although it looked like any normal house in that locality, all the needs were met and altogether the stay was a carm and private environment.

Happy to be the first person to review this place. Though this property did not have prior reviews, based on the host's other reviews, I went ahead with the booking. And it was good value for money, felt like being hosted in a home like environment with Reshma, her brother and also their mother greeting us , while still being private and peaceful. It's a short ride to T2 of Trivandrum airport. The description was accurate, and the place in fact was bigger than what it appears in the picture, with a spacious kitchen and dining hall. While not luxurious, it offers a homestay experience. It is non AC as mentioned by the host, but well ventilated and was comfortable for our late Nov stay. Suggestions, instead of bottled water, a water can and dispenser would be great. Also easier to keep the windows open if some of them are fitted with a mesh/net to keep insects out especially if you plan to not install AC in summers. Thank you for hosting us!
