Comfortable 100m2 apartment with a wonderfulsea view, ideal for up to 5 people, is located on the fifth floor of a building with lift. The location is truly strategic: we are on the seafront about 2 minutes walk from the free beach and 4 minutes walk from the train station. All essential services are easily reachable on foot Casa Blumele has its own marked personality and a history full of memories, built in 1960, it has vintage style with period furniture to which we have combined modern furnishings for the renovated kitchen and bathroom, it is full of ancient and recent books at full disposal of our guests . The accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift and is organized as follows: -LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, TV, ceiling fan and access to the balcony; KITCHEN with hob, fridge, moka, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and dining table; BEDROOM I equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony; BEDROOM II with double bed, single bed, desk, wardrobe, ceiling fan and access to the balcony; BATHROOM with bathtub, washing machine, sink, bidet and WC; BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, ceiling fans (one in the living room and one in bedroom II), portable fan, clothesline, hairdryer and iron. PLEASE NOTE: please note the presence of a step at the entrance to the building. NO A/C - there are two ceiling fans and one portable one.

Der Aufenthalt könnte perfekt gewesen sein, wenn wir auch uns das Essen kochen und die Klamotten in den Schränke tun hätten können. Ich wusste schon von anderen Bewertungen dass es Problemen waren mit dem Herd, aber ich habe nicht gedacht, dass es auch beim Kaffeekochen scheitert. Ich habe nichts an dem Vermieter gesagt weil ich keine Zeit mit Termine vereinbaren und Herd reparieren verbringen wollte.die Schränke waren zwar vorhanden und schön aber sehr alt und innen drinnen haben die SEHR nach allen möglichen Mitteln zum Instandhaltung gerochen. es war uns lieber die Klamotten im Zimmer aufzuhängen oder diese im Koffer zu lassen. Was mich wirklich gestört hat, war die Ausstattung der Küche: sehr veraltet und benutzt, längst uberfällig. Töpfe, Besteck und das schlimmste der Kaffekocher mit Rost. Die Lage war fantastisch. Man hat das Gefühl gehabt auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff zu sein. Vom Bett aus das Meer zu gesehen. Für das besondere Erlebnis kann ich viel ausblenden und 4* geben.
Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Auf dem Balkon fühlt es sich an wie am Strand, nur dass der Kühlschrank und alle anderen Annehmlichkeiten der Wohnung direkt hinter einem sind. Der Ausblick ist in jedem Zimmer fantastisch – überall sieht man das Meer! Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche und wunderschöne Wanderwege, oft mit atemberaubendem Meerblick. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Appartement conforme à la description, idéalement situé pour visiter les 5terres (proche de la gare). Étant habitué à louer sur Airbnb je préfère être accueillie par une personne physique afin d’avoir plus d’informations concernant le logement et les alentours. Très bon séjour aux cinq terres!

The Cinque Terre, with the wonderful fishing villages famous all over the world and the National Park full of hiking trails and activities, are within short distance, reachable by sea or with the comfortable regional trains.
Deiva Marina is a city on a human scale, where everything can be reached on foot or by bicycle, without using the car. The town is divided into two parts: the ancient village, very suggestive thanks to the small streets, the typical "caruggi", the eighteenth-century Church of San Antonio Abate and the medieval Castello Da Passano, and the more recent part called "Marina", rich of shops and restaurants. The beaches are golden and sandy with crystal clear water. But Deiva Marina is not just sea. Surrounded by hills that allow you to take pleasant walks on paths through olive groves and chestnut woods, the city is ideal for lovers of trekking and outdoor activities. Do not miss the pathway that, in Baracchino area, climbs to the top of Mount Pietra di Vasca, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the coast between Sestri Levante and La Spezia, up to the Apuan Alps.
