The apartment, completely free in front, overlooks the "Aiuola Balbo" gardens, built in 1874 on approximately 11,000 m2, inspired by the "square" model with a geometric pattern. Its center is occupied by a large basin with a fountain. Inside there are monuments to Daniele Manin, Cesare Balbo, Luigi Kossuth and other historical figures.

Here's how to get from Turin's Caselle “Sandro Pertini” airport to the city centre.
In the city center, the best destination to reach the apartment is the Turin Porta Nuova train station. From here you continue on foot for 10 minutes, about 800 metres, passing through Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Via S. Francesco da Paola.
Below are indicated different modes of transport (taxi, bus, train), the one that I personally find easiest, besides the car and the taxi of course, is the bus.
From Turin airport to the city center by taxi.
For the journey from Turin airport to the city center by taxi you can rely on the Cooperativa Taxi Torino. A taxi from Caselle to Turin center costs around €30, takes around 30 minutes and can also transport pets such as cats and dogs, you just need to say so by telephone when booking at the Cooperativa "Taxi Torino" by phone.
From Turin airport to the city center by bus.
The bus is a good and much cheaper option. The SADEM and Terravision bus service connects the airport with the center of Turin. Buses depart from the arrivals floor. The ticket offices are located in the arrivals hall. The SADEM service starts at 6:10am and runs until midnight (always check the times of the day). The Terravision service has frequent departures throughout the day. The journey between Caselle airport and Porta Nuova takes approximately 50 minutes.
From Turin airport to the city center by train.
The only train connection available from Caselle airport is the one to the Dora station. The train journey between Dora station and Caselle takes approximately 19 minutes. Departure from Caselle airport: on weekdays, the first departure is at 5.04am and the last at 9.03pm. Bus line 52 connects Dora train station to Turin's main train station Porta Nuova, near the city centre. The journey from Dora train station to Porta Nuova by bus (line 52) takes approximately 10 minutes. Therefore the time needed to reach the center of Turin from Sandro Pertini airport by train is approximately 45 minutes calculating the various stops and changes.
If you travel by train.
The apartment is easily reachable from the Turin Porta Nuova train station and can be reached on foot (10 minutes) for a distance of approximately 800 metres.
If you travel by car.
If you are traveling by car, the best solution is to park the car first and then walk to the apartment in the pedestrian area.
The most convenient parking for the apartment is the "ACI Bodoni Parking" in Piazza Giambattista Bodoni, about 350 meters walk from the apartment.
The entrance is located in the historic-commercial center of the city, within the perimeter of the new ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Anyone who accesses this car park occasionally or regularly (for example because they have a monthly or annual pass) can avoid the fine by communicating the license plate number to the car park staff immediately after entering, no later than 11:00 am. Customer service will ask you to fill out an exemption request form.
The car park, with access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, is equipped with security technology and systems and an access automation system that allows you to speed up access, payment and exit operations.
