Loved my stay here - it has privacy and was very roomy (has bedroom, large bathroom w large bathtub, living room area, and kitchenette w microwave and small fridge). I liked the area as it felt neighborly and peaceful. My favorite part was the large bathtub, the bathroom had great natural lighting. The living room had lots of games and some books.

The house is in a great location! We were there only for one night but everything was what we expected. The only complaint I have is that the room got very hot during the night, she does have air conditioning but I believe she has to set it or turn it on. We were there for only one night and we noticed to late in the evening so we did not reach out to her. Everything else was perfect though, great location and a very beautiful Victorian house.

The air bnb was a very unique Victorian style home. The place was comfortable and well laid out. The host was very proactive and had information provided about safety, things to do, cafes and restaurants in the area. This was a nice change to staying at a hotel, worth the price for what is provided.

We loved our stay at Pat’s place!! Lovely location and a beautiful historic home. Clearly a lot of care and love went into refurbishing her home to what it is now. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Denver!!
