The unit is clean and cozy. Host and the staff are accommodating. I love the fact that Jerald allowed us to extend our stay for a minimal amount only. Overall, it was a nice experience. The kids enjoyed the amenities even the adults.

Jerald was very responsive and friendly from the beginning to the end of our transaction. He gave us very clear instructions which made our stay easier. Checking in was easy as they've already fixed the registration, all we need to do was to show our IDs and we were able to go right up the unit. The place was really clean and it smelled really good especially when we first stepped into the unit. I'd say that the whole room was spotless and it felt really homey. I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely book again 😊

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! Jerald was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The space was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. Overall, a memorable and highly recommended stay This was actually my 3rd stay at Jerald's during my 3 week trip to the Philippines, definitely one of the best places i've stayed in during my many visits to Manila. Thanks again Jerald and i look forward to staying here again next year.
