Tareq's place is nice, having great facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym. The place is suitable for your work and is also very secured. The caretakers and security guards were also very friendly and helpful. The host was very responsive and caring.

The apartment was modern, peaceful and safe. The bedrooms are big and the beds are VERY comfortable. Each bedroom has its own one suite bedroom, which makes it a great space to share. The kitchen has all the amenities including a high tech water filter for drinking water + in suite laundry. There is also a beautiful roof top pool and a gym. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is great- there are many nice restaurants within a few minute walk. The building is behind a gate and has 24-hr security. We felt very safe and peaceful here. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dhaka.
